Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every single product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Because our products are consumable supplements, we do not require you to ship anything back. Keep it, donate it, or toss it. We trust you.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at **pfinxhealth@gmail.com** within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your name and order number
3. Let us know you'd like a refund 

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

What Is Covered

- All LIVNLIF products purchased directly from livnlif.com
- Any reason — results, taste, texture, or anything else
- One refund per customer per product

What Is Not Covered

- Orders placed more than 30 days before the refund request
- Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
- Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped beyond the first order — please cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it immediately — no 30-day window required. Email us a photo of the issue at **support@livnlif.com** and we will make it right the same day.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing us at **support@livnlif.com**. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped, unless it is your first order and falls within the 30-day guarantee window.
