Hi, I'm Rebecca.

Doctor of Naturopathy Board Certified Nutritionist Chronic Lyme Survivor

My journey into this work started with my own battle with chronic Lyme disease. After years of searching for answers through conventional care, I made it my mission to understand how the body truly heals.

I used diet, herbal medicine, and various healing methods to recover from advanced Lyme and co-infections. Functional mushrooms played a huge role in my recovery and remain at the heart of everything I do.

I started LIVNLIF to help bring awareness about the amazing benefits of functional mushrooms and herbs to my community. Every product is something I would give to my own family.

A diagnosis of chronic Lyme disease turned Rebecca's world upside down. She went from healthy and active to searching for answers overnight.
